How can I get a rental car?

Contact the shop for arrangements. Insurance companies will only pay for a rental car if you have that option on your policy or if you are the claimant.

Do you offer loaner cars?

Many insurance companies only allow for aftermarket, remanufactured, or used (LKQ) parts. You can pay the difference for factory parts if you prefer OEM.

Yes, it is your responsibility, and your right, to choose who will repair your vehicle. No insurance company can force you to use a specific shop.

No. When you purchased your insurance policy, you signed a contract saying you will pay the first amount of the claim up to your deductible. It is illegal for a shop to waive or absorb this cost.
