Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the All Magic Paint and Body Collision Centerswebsite (the “Site”), our online estimate-request forms, and our SMS messaging program. By using the Site or submitting an estimate request, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the website

You may use the Site to learn about our services, request a free estimate, contact us, and view repair information. You agree not to scrape, copy, redistribute, or interfere with the Site or attempt to access non-public areas without authorization.

Estimates

Any quote, estimate, or pricing communicated through the Site, by text, by email, or by phone is preliminary and subject to an in-person inspection of your vehicle. Final pricing, parts availability, and repair timelines are determined only after our team has inspected the vehicle and, where applicable, coordinated with your insurance carrier. Photos and descriptions submitted online help us prepare, but they are not a binding quote.

Insurance

We coordinate with most major insurance carriers and can bill your insurer directly. California law (Cal. Ins. Code §758.5) gives you the right to choose any licensed repair facility — no insurer can require that you use a specific shop. We are not your insurance company and do not control claim approvals, coverage decisions, or deductible amounts.

SMS messaging terms

When you submit an estimate request and opt in to text messages (or initiate a text conversation with us by tapping a click-to-text link, scanning a QR code, or texting our shop number), you agree to receive recurring service-related text messages from All Magic Paint and Body Collision Centers about your estimate, scheduling, and repair status. We do not send promotional or marketing messages through this program.

Frequency.Typically 2–6 messages per active repair, with additional messages as needed for scheduling and follow-up.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out. Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any text to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.

Carriers.Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional carriers.

Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, All Magic Paint and Body Collision Centers disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. This does not limit any non-waivable rights you have under California consumer law or under our written repair warranty (which applies separately to completed work, not to the Site).

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
