We were upgrading my son’s Mustang for his birthday and ordered aftermarket parts that needed to be installed and painted. Derek and Andrew did an incredible job putting everything together perfectly, and Albert and Gabriel absolutely knocked it out of the park with the prep and paint work. The car came out better than we imagined. What really stood out was that the team genuinely cared about my son’s safety. During the process, they noticed the tires needed to be replaced and helped coordinate the replacement and installation without trying to make money off of it. “I had a scratch on my car and Josh went above and beyond by taking care of it at no cost. I did have two options but since it was a minor scratch he told me he can fix it with some touch up paint I had from the dealership. He did an excellent buff job, and the scratch is barely noticeable now. His attention to detail, professionalism, and willingness to help made the whole experience outstanding. “My new car was vandalized with some deep scratches that went down to the metal. I went to the Mazda website to see if they had any places listed that were certified through Mazda. I was glad to find all magic to be Mazda certified and close to home so it was a no brainer taking it there. My car is rhodium white which tends to be a difficult color to match as well as it being a three stage paint so I was pretty worried about getting the right place to work on my car. When I got to all magic, I was greeted by Jose. Jose helped and provided me with a very detailed estimate for the work needed for my car. Once my insurance approved I dropped off my car and it took about 2 weeks for the work to be complete. There was a couple of hiccups but Jose did a great job at taking care of it. Jose has great customer service and people skills. Overall, I am very pleased with the results. You can't even tell anything happened to my car. I also have a piece of mind knowing that it has been done to Mazda's standards. They also mentioned that all their work has lifetime warranty which is awesome. “I had a great experience with All Magic Paint & Body after bringing my car in for a broken windshield and bumper repair. Those gravel trucks are the bane of my existence! From start to finish, the team did an excellent job and the quality of the work really stood out. My Tesla now looks as good as new! Jessica and Jackie at the front desk are extremely polite and I love the fact that they have snacks and water up front. When I came in “I Love Lucy” was playing on the TV which was great. What impressed me most was how they handled an unexpected issue. Instead of brushing it off, the shop owner personally reached out to me and made it right. That level of accountability, follow-through and devotion to logic is rare these days and it went a long ways with me especially given Ramadan fasting season. The owner was incredibly accommodating with my schedule and genuinely cared about making sure everything was fixed properly and that I was satisfied and made whole. It never felt like I was being dismissed and they really took the time to make things right. It’s that kind of service that makes you feel confident and safe bringing your car here.
