I feel that Ryan K. went above and beyond to fix the issues that came with working with a crappy insurance provider. A lot of the stress and time wasted was due to poor communication from the insurance provider. Ryan worked hard to get the issue solved as quickly and efficiently as possible. Great customer service. And the car looked far better than the first time I bought it. It was amazing the kind of work Ryan and his team accomplished. Absolutely no complaints will be working with All Magic in the future. “I had a scratch on my car and Josh went above and beyond by taking care of it at no cost. I did have two options but since it was a minor scratch he told me he can fix it with some touch up paint I had from the dealership. He did an excellent buff job, and the scratch is barely noticeable now. His attention to detail, professionalism, and willingness to help made the whole experience outstanding. It’s hard to find people who genuinely care about their customers the way Josh does. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality work and great customer service. Thank you, Josh!”

“I had a great experience with All Magic Paint & Body after bringing my car in for a broken windshield and bumper repair. Those gravel trucks are the bane of my existence! From start to finish, the team did an excellent job and the quality of the work really stood out. My Tesla now looks as good as new! Jessica and Jackie at the front desk are extremely polite and I love the fact that they have snacks and water up front. When I came in “I Love Lucy” was playing on the TV which was great. What impressed me most was how they handled an unexpected issue. Instead of brushing it off, the shop owner personally reached out to me and made it right. That level of accountability, follow-through and devotion to logic is rare these days and it went a long ways with me especially given Ramadan fasting season. The owner was incredibly accommodating with my schedule and genuinely cared about making sure everything was fixed properly and that I was satisfied and made whole. It never felt like I was being dismissed and they really took the time to make things right. It’s that kind of service that makes you feel confident and safe bringing your car here. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but how a business handles them says everything and All Magic handled it with integrity and professionalism. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back or recommend them to others. I just hope I don’t have to come back because that would mean something happened to my precious car again! But if I do - I know I will leave it in their care.”
