“FYI: You DO NOT have to go to a body shop that your insurance recommends! That being said: I am glad I trusted my gut and went All Magic in Norco. Tina & Brian were incredibly supportive during a VERY physically & emotionally challenging time. I walked in feeling down & I didnt know what to do or who I could rely. I was greeted right away by smiling receptionists & met Brian. He helped me and explained the process, advised me on CA laws that protect me, and was patient as I cleared my belongings from my car. My dream car was totaled and parting was painful. Holidays coming up and the feeling of not having a car weighed heavily and added to my stress. How would I take my children to school? Pick them up? Shop for holidays? Visit family? So much we take for granted... I am forever grateful that I was partnered with Brian to help me navigate this difficult time.
